the staff was really helpful. my room had a quiet courtyard view, so there were no street noises. the location was excellent, with easy access to transportation.

The location IS very convenient to many attractions. It is close to public transportation. The air conditioning worked well. The beds WERE comfortable.
Only one plug was available for a European plug adapter , , made things difficult. The coffee machine did not work. The shower sometimes went hot and sometimes cold.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

I found the location convenient. The railway station and the lake are easily accessible. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I especially liked how spacious the room was. The mini bar prices seemed reasonable too.
The lighting in the room was not ideal. Several bulbs were out, so it was quite dim in the evenings.

The staff assisted quickly with luggage storage, allowing an early drop-off. Reception was available 24/7 and check-in took only a few minutes. The breakfast service was attentive, ensuring all guests had what they needed.

The hotel is close to the lake. It is just a short walk away. The train station is also conveniently located. The surrounding area offers various dining options and shopping.

My room included a comfortable, large bed and a modern bathroom. The room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom included a shower with good water pressure and fresh towels were provided daily.

The location is excellent. It is near the train station and the lake. The room was clean and a good size (I appreciated the space!). The staff were polite.
The lighting in the room was not good. Some lights were out (this made it difficult to read). The hotel only provided one coffee pod per person for the entire stay. There was no tea or milk top-up available.

The room reeked of sewage whenever i entered, perhaps a siphon issue exists. the air conditioning was loud. there were also only two coffee pods. A decaf and a regular. more coffee required payment.

The location was suitable. It was relatively close to transportation and some shops.
The Lighting in the room was unacceptable. Several bulbs were missing, so the room was quite dark. THIS made it hard to read or use the mirror properly. I asked staff to fix it. They did not replace the lights. The minibar was also charged after checkout even though i did not use it.
