I find the hotel convenient to the train station and regional buses. It is also convenient to the waterfront. The front desk staff was friendly. They gave me tips for the area.
the receptionist wasn't very helpful WHEN I asked for a late checkout.

the hotel was near the train station. the staff were helpful with check-in and check-out. the room was large enough for two people to open suitcases. the room was also clean.
the room had some wear. there were stains on the carpet. i found squashed bugs on the walls. some used tissues and cutlery were in a drawer above the mini bar.

the staff at the front desk were very helpful, providing maps and restaurant recommendations. i appreciated the availability of a hot water decanter for making coffee and tea. the hotel gave me a travel qr code ticket, this allowed me to use public transport around the area. the central station was an easy walk.
the air conditioning did not work well . the room felt stuffy and i had trouble getting comfortable. the hotel seemed a bit outdated.
