central area friendly staff nearby restaurant
The location was amazing. It was very close to the centre. There were plenty of restaurants around. The staff was friendly as well..
The hotel had poor equipment. The toilets smelled bad. There was no remote control for the air conditioning the first night.

Decent Location but Some Disappointments
noise from street dusty room
The room I had was not properly soundproofed I could hear a lot of noise from the street and other guests. The cleanliness was also a concern there was dust in several areas of the room. These issues detracted from what could have been a better experience. I found it hard to relax fully because of these distractions

The staff was helpful.
The room did not match the photos online. The bathroom was not very clean. I found hair in the shower constantly. The towels were a bit old.

The staff there was amazing. They helped me when I needed it. They were also respected my wishes. The location was very great too. It helped me access many places.
The breakfast wasn't very good. I wasn't give much information about it. The WiFi didn't work so well in my room. I wish the light was brighter.
