Excellent Stay in Central Location

The receptionist facilitated an early check-in. This was a welcome start to my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast offered a generous variety of options and it was delicious. I found the hotel to be very clean and well-kept.

the breakfast hall had delicious options i could easily eat. my room was always super clean each day, with fresh towels that were replaced daily. i found that everyone at the hotel was very polite and helpful.
this caused waits and i often used the stairs to avoid delays. it was not ideal when i had luggage.

the hotel is close to both a metro station and convenient public parking lots. the hotel offered wellness options and a pool that is open to guests daily. a sauna and turkish bath is also available.

i found the breakfast to be quite nice with plenty of options. our room was kept very clean with fresh towels provided daily. i am grateful.
The double room i received felt rather small. It was difficult to move around comfortably. the window faced an inner area with air conditioning units.

the hotel is very close to the tram line. staff members were helpful and professional throughout my stay. i found my room and the common areas to be very clean (a big plus for me).
the television programming did not offer many options in my language.

the location was good for shopping and seeing historical sites.
The cute receptionist was rude, and they gave us a room with two single beds instead of the queen bed i booked. The bathroom was also dirty, and the bedroom had a strange smell i didn't like.
