Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
St Weonards B&B, just minutes from the sea front and Paignton railway station, is often praised for its spotlessly clean rooms and well-organized accommodation, some featuring wall-mounted TVs. Many guests appreciate the proximity to Victoria Park, shops and the beach, with the latter being just a short walk away. The breakfast room is stocked with board games and a large screen TV, while a 'library' of buckets and spades is available for beach use; however, a few guests have noted that some rooms can be small, with limited space for luggage.

the owners were very cute at arrival. i appreciated the proximity lighting on the stairs plus the wall mounted tv in the room. there was an electric charging point available on the forecourt.
i found the stairs rather steep as it is an older style premises. it made carrying luggage a little difficult. this is something to consider for those with mobility issues.

The location was great because it was near the railway station. The warm and friendly welcome by the owner was really good. They gave explanations about everything and this was clear. Early check-in included a nice tea.
The walls transmitted sound easily, so our first night was terrible. A guest in the room next door snored very loudly, too. We did not get a return message to our email, what was inconvenient.
