the hotel offered off-road parking and it was perfect.
i found the corridors small and there were many stairs to the top floor. noise was a problem as i was woken up at 1 am by people on the street. seagulls on the roof were very loud too so i didn't sleep well.

The staff was friendly. the location was perfect, so close to everything. i loved the convenient car parking and its proximity to the shops and beach. It made exploring so easy. breakfast was lovely. I especially liked the full english.
the corridor light did shine under the bedroom door at night.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. They could not do enough for me. the staff were very cute. They offered assistance with luggage. the breakfast service was amazing. It was served with a smile.

The location was excellent, close to the sea front, shops, and pubs. it is a short walk to the town center and the railway station. the promenade is also very close. This makes exploring very convenient.

i like that the parking lot was on site. the room was very super clean and it had a very comfortable bed. i have stop here several times in the past, and this is my favorite in the area.

the proprietary was very helpful, they stored my son's insulin in the fridge. they also gave us ice for our return home, so we could keep the insulin chilled. i think is a very good service.

the hotel was convenient, it's close to the sea front, shops, and restaurants. if you wanted to go on the steam trains, it was just up the road. i could walk everywhere from here.

shower labelill-fitting toilet seat
i was pretty annoyed. the shower switch was labeled "sawar switch". i also noticed the shower head kept sliding down. it was frustrating. the taps on the sink were the wrong way round. the toilet seat didn't fit properly either.

The location allowed easy access to many local attractions. The included breakfast offered a satisfying start to the day with several choices. Free on-site parking simplified logistics. This was especially helpful.
The stairs to the upper floors are quite long. This might be challenging with mobility issues.

the shower, it dont have hot water. the breakfast room stay locked til 8.25, that is late. the breakfast sausage taste very cheap. it was not cooked well.
