i found it easy to locate the hotel and appreciated the quiet atmosphere. the room's decor was really nice and everything felt clean. i especially liked how warm and cozy the room was despite the weather outside.

the television signal kept buffering, a bit annoying when i wanted to relax.

the room was modern.

The shower was a mess. I could barely turn it on or off because of the faulty shower head. there was also only one chair available in the room, quite inconvenient. the king-size bed turned out to be two single beds pushed together. to top it off, there wasn't even a knife or fork, so eating my takeaway was a challenge!!!

Instructions for the automated entry process were great. Our room had a fridge plus a selection of coffee and tea, a welcome addition. The shower worked well and the bed was large and fairly comfortable for sleeping. I noticed both the room and the bathroom were very clean, awesome.
