the food was acceptable and there was plenty of it.
the room was not good i saw peeling wallpaper and chipped paintwork it felt quite old and not maintained i thought i paid a lot of money for a poor experience the hotel needs some improvement.

i really enjoyed the free on-site parking the hotel offered it was a major bonus i also found the breakfast very nice it certainly offered good value for money the location was convenient too it was not too close to town but a 15 minute walk got you there
my room had a hard bed and pillows i really struggled to get comfortable also i found the outside space inaccessible there were steep stairs i could not manage entertainment options were poor i missed having a good show

I found much charm in the bar area. Half-price drinks brought much joy to our evenings after theatre. The lady looking after the bar was great, she provided amazing service even when it was late and busy. I also enjoyed a speedy check-in.
The chairs in the entertainment room were not very comfortable.

The hotel is located a fair distance from the town. Getting a cab became necessary for traveling into town. It is a consideration for those with mobility challenges.

My room had daily service and was a good size. The cleaner was thorough and kept everything super clean. The fresh towels are always a nice little touch.
