I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed any questions i had. the room i had was clean, spacious and well kept. there was plenty of parking available. I had no issues finding a spot for my car.
The breakfast buffet could have had more variety. I noticed some items were consistently missing.

The hotel is conveniently near windsor great park, i liked the quiet area away from main roads. it offered a peaceful retreat, though getting around required a car or taxi. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

Every staff member i encountered was polite, attentive, and eager to assist. check-in and check-out were both efficient. I did not experience any delays. the reception area was clean. It was well-organized.

Breakfast included fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, and a selection of pastries. cooked options were available to order, i found these options to be nice. the restaurant food was good. It did offer a pleasant dining experience.

The room was spacious and clean I must concede.
The breakfast buffet included items that were not adequately heated I observed. The cost of breakfast also seemed excessive. I will expect better attention to detail in the future.

lacking blackouthigh bar prices
I found a couple of things less than ideal. firstly, the advertised blackout curtains in my twin room were not blackout. this let in a lot of light early in the morning and disrupted my sleep. secondly, the bar prices seemed excessively high compared to other establishments in the area. This.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was very clean, and it had a good selection of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash).
The breakfast buffet was rather limited in its offerings. My room did not have a safe, which I consider important. The curtains were not blackout curtains, so the room got quite bright early in the morning (this was a problem for me).
