the staff was super attentive! jim's kitchen and bar served the best pizza i HAVE ever tasted. i really appreciated the super clean room including a supremely comfortable bed.

the restaurant onsite wasn't open on weekends. this was strange! i think it should be open ALWAYS.

The room was very clean and featured modern facilities. I found the size quite good. Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and I enjoyed the ease of reaching the rail station for my concert in london. The free parking was definitely a bonus!

The cocktail i received upon arrival was unfortunately served warm.

The staff greeted me with smiles, the check-in was swift, and i even got a complimentary drink! I found the room to be a good size, especially for two people, with a comfy bed, a spacious layout and a tv. Lots of restaurants surround the area.

The lack of a mini fridge in the room was a slight inconvenience.

The breakfast included tasty sausages and bacon, complementing a wide selection of fruit, bread, and cereals. The hotel restaurant had lovely food up on the top floor. The pizza there was the best i've ever eaten. The bar was also more interesting than your average hotel bar.

Charmed by the convenience

The staff surprised me by preparing food when I missed breakfast. IT was very thoughtful. The location is convenient, very close to the train station, that helped my travel plans. The vibe felt VERY modern.

The room lacked a fridge. I felt it slightly inconvenient.

The room was clean, one of the cleanest I have seen this year. The walk-in shower had a step, approximately six inches high. Flat access to the toilet and handbasin WAS appreciated.

The hotel bar provided a cosy atmosphere with drinks available, it was an ideal spot to relax after a long day. BREAKFAST offered a good choice, and the staff was attentive.

i appreciated the cozy bar inside the hotel and the restaurant was also convenient i found a bus stop just a few yards away the location was very close to the train station which was helpful

i found that there were no irons in the rooms there was an iron room i had to ask at reception about it a cleaner did not tell me about it initially weekend breakfast finished at 10am so i missed it
