excellent location european inlets free air conditioning double bed
the location was excellent, especially its closeness to the tube stations. this made moving around easy. my room also had european power inlets available, very convenient..
the hotel did not offer free air conditioning. it was quite hot in the room despite opening the windows. also, the double bed was small, so sharing it wasn't very comfortable.

helpful manager good location clean room
The hotel location is good. It is about five minutes from Hammersmith station. Plenty of buses stop right outside. The check in manager was helpful. The room was very comfy and tidy. This is what I wanted.
The carpet in the room had a bad smell. I think it could have been the carpet. Each day smell was still there.

great size tube stations cheap snacks thin walls noisy area slamming doors
The location was great. It was near tube stations! the building was pretty and my room had great size! the hotel had a vending machine with cheap snacks. This was a nice surprise.
The area was noisy, i heard vehicles. the walls were thin. I heard my loud neighbors! there were no slow release doors. I heard slamming all night.

traffic noise uncomfortable pillows
The location was close to transportation options.
The room faced the front and traffic noise persisted all night. There was no air conditioning, so the room was hot. Pillows also felt uncomfortable to me.

clean room remodeled bathroom convenient location unreliable internet poor insulation privacy issue
the room was very clean the bathroom was recently remodeled i also appreciated the friendly staff they responded quickly to messages the location is convenient i found it easy to access tube stations and bus stops
the internet connection was unreliable it often disconnected and when connected it was slow the window did not provide adequate insulation i could hear a lot of noise from outside there was also noise from other rooms i felt this compromised my privacy
