I found the location quite convenient. I could easily walk to many shops, restaurants, and historical sites. the staff were helpful. Their communication was great. i appreciated the hotel being clean and very comfortable.

The digital keys were straightforward to use. the hotel sent details through multiple media. the location is perfect. It is just a short walk to the zurriola beach. i also appreciated the luggage storage after checkout.
the parking nearby was in an underground car park. i found it somewhat expensive.

the hotel provided free hot drinks in the foyer which was a nice touch. complimentary muffins and instant coffee were available in the lobby. several vegan cafes were located within a short distance from the hotel, so options were varied.

the room was adequately spacious and clean. the room provided everything needed in a minimalistic way. daily cleaning of the room was perfect, so everything always felt fresh. it was a very quiet space.

the reception was manned in the morning. the staff was helpful and polite. check-in was very practical. the codes to enter the hotel arrived before arrival and worked very well.

the hotel provides luggage storage which is very convenient. there is a ground floor bathroom available for use. the hotel offers excellent access to the river, a mere minute's walk away. the seafront is also easily accessible.

The room felt quite small. It lacked space for luggage. i also noticed there wasn't shampoo provided in the shower, a detail i found inconvenient. the limited hours for the front desk made it difficult to get immediate assistance after certain times. this felt more like an airbnb than a hotel in terms of service.

the staff was helpful. the room offered a good view of the backyard.. i spent most of my time walking around the area though took a cab to and from the bus station.
the price was maybe 10/15% too high.
