Check-in was very efficient. i was given a room in accordance with my special requests. It was on the top floor, at the end, and at the rear of the hotel. i had a good view of the stadium and its approaches.. the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed. ample car parking was available without charges or restrictions.
some grouting in the bathroom needs attention.

the location was ideal! it was a short walk to the train station. i enjoyed having the toby carvery so close for dinner. the food was great and the prices were reasonable!!!
the bathroom floor felt spongy. i worried i might fall through to the room below! the heating did not work and i felt so cold. i checked out early because of this.

I found the free car parking helpful. The early check-in was beneficial for my schedule. The room had a spacious design.. this made it seem bigger. Toms Carvery next door offered a good roast dinner.
The value did not entirely match the price. Location impacts the rate.

The staff were helpful, which I REALLY appreciated. My room, a double room, was clean and had all the basics i needed. There's a Toby Carvery just next door, offering a great dining option.
The room was noisy you could hear people talking loudly outside the room.
