out of service lift loose tiles

the location suited my plans well and was close to the train station.

the lift was out of service, it forced guests to use narrow stairs. the bathroom floor was not cleaned properly and some floor tiles felt loose.

I found the location next to the station convenient. Walking into town was easy. The hotel's proximity made exploring simple! The staff was helpful. Jay, the night porter, was always on hand to assist. I really appreciated his readiness!

The location was good next to the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The room had a TV and it worked fine. The continental breakfast includes a great choice of yogurts.

The hotel looks quite rundown from the outside. The rooms need updating as soon as possible.
