friendly service helpful advice large tv
the staff offered friendly service at reception i found their advice helpful for getting around the area the location is near the station i found it easy to travel. the tv in my room was large the shower delivered hot water.
i noticed the windows are frosted and did not allow for an outside view.

surprisingly lovely stay
excellent location friendly staff complimentary breakfast good shower
i found the location excellent near the train station and all the places i wanted to visit were within walking distance the staff were super friendly. the room was bigger than expected with a good hot shower it was perfectly clean too.
the bathroom door was swollen so it didn't close properly that's something the hotel should look at.

the location suited my plans well and was close to the train station.
the lift was out of service, it forced guests to use narrow stairs. the bathroom floor was not cleaned properly and some floor tiles felt loose.

I found the location next to the station convenient. Walking into town was easy. The hotel's proximity made exploring simple! The staff was helpful. Jay, the night porter, was always on hand to assist. I really appreciated his readiness!
