I found the location quite convenient, with the coach station just a short walk away. The included breakfast was a treat. It was so tasty. The room had adequate facilities and was a good size. I also appreciated that the staff watched my bags for free. It was a big help.
The noise from the street was quite loud late at night.

The staff were friendly and helpful! The breakfast included a good selection of food to eat. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere.
The room was very warm. I had to keep the window open, which let in a lot of noise. Loud people screamed and shouted until 4:00 am.

The hotel is near main attractions. Cavern Club, Lime Street Railway Station and the main shopping district are nearby. A full English breakfast is included. The cleanliness of the room was very good. Staff accommodated my early check-in because the room was ready.
The room was too warm, so I opened the window. It got noisy due to nearby clubs and pubs.
