the themed family room i got was huge, and it contained five beds. towels, bedding, and sheets were clean. dinner in the restaurant was also great.
there was no hairdryer in the room.

this hotel is really actually surprising, and there is so much for families to do. the amount of entertainment on for children particularly impressed me. it is well worth staying.

We chose the eat, play and stay package. It included theme park access for two days, an evening meal, and breakfast. The room featured a toilet, shower, TV, towels, fridge, microwave, washing up liquid, and tea and coffee facilities. We enjoyed the children's play area and playroom. They looked relatively new
I found car parking for hotel to be limited. Spaces for disabled guests were occupied by teepees, requiring a longer walk to the hotel through puddles.

The package deal included an evening meal in the starlight theatre, which also featured children's entertainment. Breakfast offered bacon sandwiches, cereal, juice, tea, and coffee. There was a basic option for food, and children had something to watch.

The hotel provided a children's play area and a playroom on-site. A marquee held children's board games. Marshmallows were toasted in the evening. The theme park had rides for children taller than 120cm.

Our room was a beautiful fairy den and the children liked the attic beds. The room provided towels, cutlery and a fridge. A microwave was available. Washing up liquid was present.

Staff members were helpful. They were also very lovely. They were also quick to assist with requests, such as locating missing towels. I appreciated their responsiveness to questions about the entertainment schedule.
