AMAZING stay!

The location IS prime. I was close to EVERYTHING. The jacuzzi bath was a HUGE win. I mean, who doesn't love bubbles? The room was surprisingly spacious. Even with luggage, it felt roomy.
The noise level was NOTICEABLE at night. Street sounds penetrated the room.

Numerous restaurants and bars surround the hotel. Finding a place to eat is SO easy. Many options are available just steps from the entrance. This offers lots of choices. Several places stay open late. I LOVED it.

The hotel is right in the city center. EVERYTHING is accessible. The Cavern Club is close. You can walk there in minutes. Public transportation IS readily available. This offers alternatives to walking.

The room included a comfortable bed. I slept great. A jacuzzi bath WAS present in the room. Taking a bath was awesome. The room decoration was simple and nice. The designer did a great job.

Early check-in was arranged. This worked out REALLY well. The staff were helpful with requests. They tried their best to meet my needs. The hotel offers good value. It IS really worth it.

the studio size was quite good for the price i paid.
our room faced a very busy street, and noise from the bars went on until late. it was difficult to sleep, even with earplugs. the room needed some maintenance, the shower leaked and the tv remote didn't work well at all.

The bathroom had a great size! it featured a jacuzzi bath, and the room decor was lovely. all amenities were available. the sofa bed was very comfy and stylish. i really appreciated these amenities. They added to the experience.
the room cleanliness needed improvement. there was also noise inside the building in the morning. i think these issues could be addressed to enhance the experience.

i found harry at reception very helpful upon arrival. he was pleasant. the hotel has clean, nice decor. the apartment offered plenty of room. i appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities. the staff were friendly. katie was also very helpful.
the tap on the sink seemed a little loose.

the hotel boasts a very central location near major attractions. i could easily walk to the cavern quarter and liverpool one. albert dock was also just ten minutes away. it provided quick access to key points.
