i found the staff friendly. rosie, my room attendant, kept my room in perfect condition. i appreciated the lovely breakfast served each morning, a amazing spread with a wide selection. the hotel's central location made accessing various parts of the city easy.
I noticed a slight issue with noise levels. Sounds from neighboring rooms were easily audible.

The rooftop bar access wasn't great. umbrellas were not up during the day, so there was no shade. they blasted music right before opening when we were the only ones there, and refused to turn it down. The staff said the bar was opening soon, so we had to leave. i had to unclog the shower. The hair trap was full, and the shower was overflowing.

the location was fine since it was close to the main square.
the room was small and did not have good soundproofing (i could hear everything). the street noise was really loud, and i could hear neighbors. the air conditioning also wasn't working properly, so it took them two days to fix it.

The staff provided really good service (they even got me coffee before breakfast). the room included a balcony. It had a table with seating that overlooked corso italia. everything listed was available in the room.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear people in the next room and in the hallways. this would probably prevent me from staying here again.
