I wasn't thrilled with a few things. The shower had a persistent drainage issue. Water would pool and drain slowly. The noise insulation was subpar as well. I could clearly hear conversations and movement from adjacent rooms which was disturbing

The shuttle service operated frequently, running until late, so transport into the town was simple. I found the staff attentive. They clearly care about. Breakfast offered pastries, bread, and a selection of beverages. It was a good start to each day. The restaurant setting was quiet and elegant, giving beautiful views.
The air conditioning wasn't quite up to par. i had to keep it on constantly to maintain a comfortable temperature.

The staff were kind. They provided a complimentary room upgrade and breakfast. The views of Mt. Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples were lovely. The free shuttle to downtown made getting around easy. I loved relaxing with drinks at the bar in the evening.
The winding stairs to the garden rooms were quite tight, made navigating with luggage a bit challenging.

I enjoyed the free shuttle service to the town center. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions. the balcony provided a nice space to relax in the evenings. The views were good.
The room needed some repairs! the walls near the shelves were damp. the plaster was crumbling off in several areas. the air conditioning did not operate well. It struggled to reach the set temperature.
