a good stay in the heart of everything!

The location was really good. I could easily walk to major attractions. i especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the street. It added a special charm. breakfast on the seventh floor offered a fine city view. That was amazing!!!
The air conditioning wasn't working properly. This made the room stuffy and uncomfortable.

I found the location really good, providing instant access to the city's iconic sites. Friendly staff provided prompt help. They made arrival smooth. Room cleaning was thorough. It provided a pristine environment each day. Breakfast had an amazing selection. It was superb daily.

the location was central! the walk to ponte vecchio was a quick one, and the city center was just nearby.
The tv was on a stand. It was difficult to move it to get to the wardrobe.

the location was perfect it was a quick walk to the river and landmarks. i had a seat plus a table and chairs on the balcony. the staff were really pleasant and helpful at all times i appreciated it.
it was a little bothersome so earplugs might be useful for light sleepers like me.

the room got stuffy since the ac did not work. opening the windows brought mosquitoes inside
