The location was great. I was close to the train station and also near the main areas of the city. The room had a fridge that held bottled water. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They even cooked fresh bacon and eggs. There was choice of continental options, croissants and cakes. tea, coffee and juices.
The room is old and a little small.

the staff was very helpful. they provided good recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. the location was convenient , near the train station and main attractions.
the bathroom was quite small , with limited space. there were also some noises from the street , disturbing sleep.

the location was excellent. it was close to the train station and all restaurants. staff were helpful and spoke english, useful (i don't speak italian). the hotel seemed well kept. i had an excellent hot shower in my room.
there are steps at the entrance up to the reception, which might be difficult for some guests.

I did not order breakfast but it looked good. they offered coffee in the room. a fridge with bottled water was also available. This was very convenient after a long day.
