I found the location convenient. It was a short walk to major attractions and many restaurants. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The kitchen staff constantly kept it well-stocked. My bed provided really good comfort. I slept soundly each night. I found the front desk staff very helpful. They answered all my questions efficiently.
The semi-private winding staircase leading to my room felt slightly narrow. I needed to exercise additional caution when bringing my luggage up.

the location is perfect. i appreciated the short walk from the train station right into the heart of everything. the hotel felt wonderfully authentic and cozy, especially with its retro furnishings. i loved seeing the old photos that gave a glimpse into the history. arriving a little early, i was happy to get into my room within an hour.
I found the walls to be quite thin. There was noise from a large school group and slamming doors.

the breakfast staff were very friendly! i was charmed when they prepared a small breakfast bag when i had an early train to catch. i also appreciated the complimentary tea and juice in the lobby, a thoughtful touch.

i stayed five nights. the location is AMAZING. every sight was just steps away. breakfast included many options EACH morning. the staff was kind and helpful with directions.
the room LACKED some soundproofing. i could hear street noise at times.
