the receptionist was helpful. the hotel is in an old building.
my room felt cold and a bit depressing. the windows did not close properly so the room was very drafty and i could not get warm. i was not happy about this.

The check-in process was seamless in the AMAZING lobby. Every staff member I encountered was personable and always attentive. I appreciated the large size of the room. It had ample storage. The hotel's location right across from the Boboli Gardens entrance was VERY convenient.

The hotel is near the city center. A short walk leads to the Ponte Vecchio. It is directly across from an entrance to the Boboli Gardens. I found many shops and restaurants on the same street.

The staff members are very friendly and helpful, offering local tips. The breakfast choice included cheese, ham, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, and bread with coffee. I found convenient parking a short walk away, which avoided the ZTL fees.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I had a lovely balcony attached to my room. I found its use enjoyable. The location is near local restaurants.
The room was small. I found it very tight with suitcases. The room felt dated, though it felt authentic at the same time. The 'terrace' only had two chairs in a small area.
