The receptionist was helpful, even assisted with travel routes. the room was spacious, easily accommodating me. the staff had a great attitude, genuinely friendly. i thought the location near the overground station was convenient. It made travel simple. the food tasted great at the sheesha bar, and i appreciated the relaxed atmosphere.
there was no wardrobe in the room, and it felt a little inconvenient.

surprisingly lovely stay

i found the overground station directly across the street super handy it made getting around so easy plus a quick 12-minute ride to oxford circus imagine that the variety of nearby turkish restaurants was a good surprise and i even discovered a shisha and grill spot in the basement. the staff provided complimentary water during arrival and checkout showing a nice touch and the room had comfortable facilities.
the diy touchups in the room were noticeable and could use some refinement but it didn't ruin my stay.

The location is near Harringay station and it was acceptable.
The reception area NEEDS decorating. I was told trains were running, but the station was closed upon my arrival, frustrating. The shower room wasn't clean. The decor is also dated.

I found the location very good near Harringay station. The station offered easy access to London Underground lines. The front of house man was helpful when I asked questions. The bed was also super comfy.
The room lacked hand soap and shampoo. Staff gave it to me when I requested it.

The room offered ample space and maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The front desk manager was helpful and provided thorough answers to all our questions. Its position near the station allowed quick travel to the city center.. Alexandra Palace was also nearby.
The price was a little high considering some minor wear and tear in the room.
