nice soundproofingrooftop terrace
i stayed in a double or twin room. the room had nice sound proofing even on the first floor, which i appreciated. i could also enjoy drinks on the rooftop terrace, taking in the surrounding vista.
the breakfast room felt too small for the number of rooms in the hotel.

location is good, but other things are not
convenient locationunhelpful stafflacking service
the location was indeed very convenient, placing me right in the heart of everything.
I was disappointed by the service. There was no offer to assist with luggage. i also needed assistance with storing medication that needed refrigeration, but the staff seemed uninterested in helping. the breakfast buffet fell short compared to others i experienced in the city..
