the location was excellent for seeing major attractions a short walk away. anastasia was super friendly and helpful. she provided fresh fruit with a fully stocked fridge and a lavazza coffee machine. it was a great experience.

The staff was very kind. They went out of their way to help with any request. The room had a back and foot massager (a real treat after a long day). It was quite a welcome surprise. The minibar and shelves were filled with a generous amount of food, all restocked daily. I found the external blinds and double glazing effective at blocking out light and noise.
I had to carry my luggage up to the second floor (third floor by American reckoning).

the staff were nice and helpful.
the room was small and quite cluttered with various appliances it felt very cramped i did not like breakfast being provided in the room it wasn't a relaxing experience and the packaged goods were not appealing i'd rather have a communal breakfast area with fresh options.
