The staff helped me book taxis plus restaurants, such great service! i found the location convenient! the garden was beautiful. The orange trees were so pretty! it seemed like a secret garden of relaxation. I loved it.

the overnight desk attendant seemed a little rude when i needed to change my transport.

the hotel is in trastevere! the grounds are serene plus quiet. i could easily walk across the river to reach the main attractions in just about fifteen minutes. safety is ensured with 24-hour reception.

The hotel provides a happy hour that i enjoyed every day after touring. the inner courtyard garden contains many orange trees. breakfast had eggs, fresh bread plus fruit. Cappuccinos were also available.

i adored the courtyard it featured orange trees. the breakfast was delicious too. i enjoyed it in the courtyard.

the overnight desk attendant was not very nice to me. i asked him to change our transport and he acted like it was my fault. i did not like this.

I found the overnight desk attendant quite rude when my flight was delayed. It was like he blamed me. the mattress in my room was also very uncomfortable. it really affected my sleep quality . i think these issues need addressing for a better guest experience
