The location was very central. I could easily walk to many attractions from there. The staff were friendly and also helpful. They explained places to visit and booked taxis for me.
My room was not as expected. It had an small window. This window opened onto what looked like a utility area. The shower worked poorly, it only dribbled water.

the staff was super friendly! claudia really welcomed me and answered all my questions about exploring. the tiramisu shop right at the entrance was also a plus. my small double room was super clean!
the street outside was a bit noisy, so sleeping was hard.

the front desk personnel was so warm. they gave me such a special feeling as if i was a person of great importance. the ceilings of the room were beautiful. the air conditioner created a beautiful cool breeze i adored.
i booked this experience with great expectations for air quality. the hotel couldn't activate the air conditioning, it was such a bother. i had to open windows at night for comfort.
