Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

amazing locationmarked routesquiet room
This hotel was great for my recent visit. the location is amazing. I walked to many attractions with ease. the staff provided a map and marked routes of interest for me (that was really kind). the room had everything i needed and was quiet.
The walls were a bit thin. I could sometimes hear noises from adjacent rooms.
Dining
9/10
While the hotel itself doesn't serve food, there are at least three restaurants located directly outside, offering convenient dining options. There is also a gelato shop and espresso bar nearby, perfect for a quick treat.
Location

The hotel is literally across the street from the colosseum, and it is a short walk to the trevi fountain. This central position made sightseeing very easy, and i found several places to explore within walking distance.

Very nice hospitality near the Colosseum

amazing locationwarm welcomefamily businesssmall shower
The location is amazing, close to the Colosseum. Restaurants are abundant just outside the hotel (convenient for evening meals). I received a room upgrade and enjoyed a fantastic view. Santo welcomed me warmly and spent time explaining the key sights. I could really tell this was a family run business.
The shower was quite small. It was barely functional. The room was clean enough, but the shower needed more attention. There was no common area available to sit and relax.

My beautiful double room included standard amenities such as a television and air conditioning. it was very clean upon arrival.

The reception operates 24/7, providing round-the-clock assistance and security for all guests, i secure hotel. The staff also offered luggage storage, particularly helpful on my last day after checkout.
Dining

A nice cafeteria sits downstairs, serving coffee, croissants, and sandwiches. I received a discount for the coffee shop service on the patio, though counter service was cheaper (a nice little perk).

central locationoffensively small roomnon-existent soundproofing
the staff seemed friendly enough! the location was pretty central. i guess that's something.
The room i got, a 'single room', was offensively small. I swear i've had larger airplane bathrooms. the soundproofing was non-existent. I heard every conversation and questionable activity from the room next door. and to top it off, there wasn't even an iron in the room, so i looked like i'd slept in my clothes which, admittedly, i kind of did.

amazing experience!

the location is amazing! it's smack dab in the heart of where all the very nice roman history went down, it's like stepping back in time! the staff are super friendly and always willing to lend a hand, i felt so welcome. i had a spacious room showcasing a view of the coliseum. i must recommend, it's just fantastic!
The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. it was a very minor issue and didn't detract too much from my overall experience.
