i liked that the location was great, directly opposite the train station. the restaurant is fabulous! i appreciated the added bonus of an area to relax after a day of sightseeing. it had table football and a play area for children.
i wasn't aware there would be no mini-fridge or kettle in the room? the guest kitchen is unavailable at night! the main entrance is closed after midnight with no indication how to get inside.

the room had nice beds, and they were comfortable. clean bathrooms and enough supply of towels was provided. the rooms are modern and very silent.

The room design was quite nice and looked well-thought-out. It accommodated two adults and two children comfortably.
The housekeeping standards fell short (i'm not happy about it). After requesting a room cleaning through the hotel app, no one came. I received no explanation. After the second night, I found dirty sheets with blood on them. The reception staff was dismissive and offered no apologies.

I found a modern room including great facilities. the online self check-in was very easy. I did it without advance notice. checking out was also simple. I just used my phone. the spy theme decoration was good. It added a cool touch.
the room was quite small, though it was functional and well-organized.

The hotel is located very close to the train station. This made getting around super easy. many nice areas for dining were within reach. I liked that mural part of the wall was nearby, too.

The breakfast offered many choices. There were high-quality items that were constantly refilled. the staff was friendly and efficient. They maintained cleanliness with speed. the communal area had a relaxed vibe. It was comfortable and convenient.
