The breakfast buffet had many options. i appreciated the proximity to public transport. the front desk staff provided quick service. They were efficient. my room was ready when i arrived. This helped a lot!
the bathroom was quite small.

The breakfast area provided many choices. I saw fresh fruit and pastries. hot items included scrambled eggs and sausages. i counted at least five types of juice.

I found the check-in process efficient. the staff spoke english fluently. They were easy to communicate with. concierge services were available 24/7, and i appreciated that security.

The quadruple room featured comfortable beds. They were a good size. a tv was mounted on the wall! it had many channels, and the blackout curtains worked effectively.

The hotel's location proved convenient. It was a short walk from the train station. The room was spacious (especially for a solo traveler) and modern. The shower facility worked well.

The bed was very comfy and the pillows were comfortable too. the staff was very friendly and always helpful! breakfast was excellent. Even when the hotel was busy, i found a table easily. the bar also had a happy hour, a very nice touch indeed.
i noticed the standard room was maybe a little small for an extended stay.

The hotel breakfast offered a great selection of food, including hot and cold options. i especially liked the coffee. It was strong and fresh every morning. seating was plentiful even during peak hours.

the location was really convenient, right by the alexanderplatz. i found it easy to get around the city. the room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable (i slept well each night). breakfast was also good with a decent variety of options.
my room was quite small. the temperature was hard to adjust, even with the window open (it still felt warm). also, i noticed that the staff seemed a bit disengaged .

central location helpful staff comfortable rooms varied breakfast
i found the location very central and close to the transport. the staff were helpful. the rooms were super clean and cozy. breakfast included a variety of breads, fruits, yogurt and proteins, a lovely start to each day.
i noted there were no face towels available in the room, just bath towels.
