The breakfast buffet had many options. i appreciated the proximity to public transport. the front desk staff provided quick service. They were efficient. my room was ready when i arrived. This helped a lot!

The bed was very comfy and the pillows were comfortable too. the staff was very friendly and always helpful! breakfast was excellent. Even when the hotel was busy, i found a table easily. the bar also had a happy hour, a very nice touch indeed.
i noticed the standard room was maybe a little small for an extended stay.

the location was really convenient, right by the alexanderplatz. i found it easy to get around the city. the room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable (i slept well each night). breakfast was also good with a decent variety of options.
my room was quite small. the temperature was hard to adjust, even with the window open (it still felt warm). also, i noticed that the staff seemed a bit disengaged .

i found the location very central and close to the transport. the staff were helpful. the rooms were nice and neat. breakfast included a variety of breads, fruits, yogurt and proteins, a lovely start to each day.
i noted there were no face towels available in the room, just bath towels.
