the location was decent enough for getting around. public transport was accessible nearby.
the room i stayed in had issues with cleanliness, pretty frustrating. i found hair in the bathroom and the floor didn't seem properly cleaned. the lack of attention to detail really impacted my comfort!!! i expected better, especially considering the price i paid.

the room was quite spacious and clean. the bed was super cozy i must say. the location was perfect! there were also plenty of amenities available.
The toilet had a strong, unpleasant smell. It resembled a public urinal. old urine stains were visible on the bowl and under the lid, this was very unpleasant. the extractor fan in the toilet also did not work.

the separate bathroom and toilet were welcome. the room size suited my needs. the location is excellent for the potsdamer area.. within walking distance of checkpoint charlie. underground and bus access are at the end of the street.

The room included a bathtub and my kids loved it. The hotel is close to a Lidl market. This was quite convenient. S-Bahn stops near the hotel provided good transport links!

the bathroom was a bit of a letdown. the shower head leaked and made it difficult to get the right water pressure. the towels felt thin, i think they should consider providing thicker ones.

The hotel is close to public transport. Bus and metro stops are less than 200m away. the location is central (i liked how close it was to everything). the facilities are good, including a separate toilet and a small kitchen for preparing light meals.
i had to ask for an extra cup, as there were only two (we were three people). coffee, water, and spoons were not replenished after the first night. the towels were not changed in three days, even though we left them in the bathtub.
