I really appreciated the central location. It provided easy access around the city. The staff were friendly, they were helpful too. I asked for two rooms close to each other, and they delivered rooms next door. Our rooms were ready when we arrived, it was at 10am, I was grateful.
The double bedroom was very small, it didn't leave much space to walk around the bed. Unloading suitcases were a challenge.

The continental breakfast had plenty choices. I found a lot of options. There are plenty of bakeries and cafes nearby for alternatives. Starbucks is not far, Dunkin Donuts too.

The sky bar on the 18th floor had fabulous views. I enjoyed the cocktails it offered. You are at the 16 floor in no time.

The location is really convenient. it is close to public transport links and many shops. the staff were cute and helpful. I was able to store my luggage after checkout. the room looked modern and clean.
The rooms felt compact. There was not a fridge. no bottled water or tea and coffee facilities were available. this was disappointing .

the location proves excellent because it is next to the train and tram stops. there are also many shops and cafes around. rooms are modern with sound proof windows. the roof top bar have very nice views.
my room was on the second floor, i have less privacy. the window faced other rooms, it's uncomfortable.
