The location was CENTRAL, a definite plus for exploring.
The room wasn't as clean as I hoped. The bathroom floor looked to have missed a proper scrub. The shower temperature was erratic. It switched between scalding hot and freezing COLD without warning. Requests for fresh towels went unfulfilled, despite my confirmation at check-in.

the breakfast buffet offered many options, including gluten-free and lactose-free products. my room featured electronically adjustable beds, a feature i found helpful. the location was central, providing easy access to both the train station and shopping streets.
The room size was rather small. It lacked a proper wardrobe, and the air conditioning was not adjustable.

the front desk staff seemed great (i appreciated their efficiency), and the breakfast had many options.
My room felt quite small, limiting movement. i found no iron in the room. the carpets in the corridor seemed outdated. They looked quite dirty to me.

i found the location very convenient because of the short walk from the central train station it made arriving and departing so easy the breakfast had many options including tasty swedish meatballs the variety ensured everyone found something they enjoyed the staff was really helpful giving me directions and tips for exploring the area
the room lacked coffee or tea facilities i would have appreciated having those available without extra cost

the staff at the hotel are friendly and always available to assist with inquiries the check-in process was very fast and the personnel were efficient they addressed requests immediately .

Staff was quite friendly and helpful. Location is near city attractions and public transport is close. The room was clean, I liked how often I can choose to have it cleaned. They have lockers for bags after check-out.
The room was rather small and it was hard to place two large suitcases in it.
