missing air conditioning nonexistent cleaning service
The shower had just the right temperature and pressure, I suppose it was acceptable.
Google Maps had not updated to reflect the changes. This meant dragging luggage uphill for about 5 minutes to reach a nearby hotel for Uber pick-up. The cheaper rooms lack windows and air conditioning. I needed to ask for fresh towels, a cleaning service was nonexistent. Staff told me they were the "last towels available", rather bizarre.

broken shower inconvenient fridge
the location is excellent, close to the metro. it was acceptable.
The room lacked a fridge, inconvenient. also there was no proper closet, only a wire rack with thin metal hangers. the bathroom shower hand-spray was broken. I had to hold it to shower because the rain head sprayed water everywhere.

easy process shared areas
The self check-in process was very easy at the automated stations. It eliminated any hassle. the shared areas included a microwave and tv, useful for quick meals.
