wonderful stay in a perfect spot

The room included a water heater with assorted teas and coffees, a lovely touch. three water bottles were waiting in the fridge, which i found very thoughtful. the location allowed easy walks to the royal palace and the waterfront. I really enjoyed that.
The bathroom floor was quite cold. i wish i had brought thicker socks. Perhaps heated floors could be a good addition.

The room was equipped well. It had a clean bathroom with sufficient amenities. the decor and architecture of the hotel provided much fun. I loved all details. the room offered a quiet environment that really supported good sleep.

The location is just the spot. It sits very close to the center. attractions and metro were conveniently nearby. several bars, cafes and restaurants were within easy walking distance. most of the touristic area was accessible by foot.

The staff responded immediately to my requests. Made everything so easy. daily cleaning and refreshing of my room was so appreciated. the breakfast area was spacious. Many guests could enjoy it comfortably. the breakfast buffet included a wide range of drinks and food.

the location was acceptable, with access to nearby attractions.
The room was not up to standard. The carpet seemed old and possibly unclean. i also found only a 3-in-1 shower gel available, rather than separate shampoo and conditioner. this felt subpar for a hotel of this price range.

The hotel is super central! i could walk to most places i wanted. the room felt really clean and the bed was comfy. they give you tea and coffee in the room. I drank loads!
The shower took ages to get hot. I waited like, ages! that was annoying.

I found the included sauna and mini gym a wonderful addition to my stay. I could reserve them privately. The breakfast offered a good selection of food. My room included tea and coffee making facilities. Water was in the fridge. The location was excellent!
The hotel lacked air conditioning! which did make controlling the temperature in the room difficult.

The staff were helpful and approachable. My room included excellent free wi-fi. It was compact but luxurious. The location allowed me to walk to most points of interest and a metro station was a short walk away. Everything was seamless. I will definitely stay here again.
Reviews suggested a sewer smell, addressed with a strong chemical odor. My room had a combination of wet carpet and sewage smell. The shower took too long to get warm and then became too hot to use.
