the location was ideal (i loved how central it was). really good cleanliness. the staff was very cute when i arrived.
i stayed in a small room without windows. there was no air conditioning, it was quite hot. the checking process was long and not user-friendly.

the ventilation in my room was too noisy. it was a constant sound , made it difficult to sleep, even with earplugs a staff member provided, i still struggled to get comfortable through the night.

I was super impressed with how clean everything was! The staff were friendly and always ready to help with directions. I really appreciated how close the hotel was to the metro station, it made getting around the city so easy!
The room I got was a bit small, with barely any space to move around. the ventilation wasn't great. It got stuffy quickly. It was so noisy too!

the room was very clean. the staff were really friendly and helpful. the cafe was great and offered a good variety of options!!!
i found the facilities at this hotel to be minimal. the room lacked basic essentials like a kettle and a fridge, and it was uncomfortably cold throughout my stay. even though the room had plenty of empty space, there was no table, no cabinet, and no drawers to store my belongings. there wasn't even a proper bedside table on one side of the bed for a phone or a glass of water. it felt very poorly furnished and lacked the simple comforts you would expect from a hotel.
