The room included a kettle for making hot beverages. I found some mini snacks in the room upon arrival. Breakfast service takes place in a courtyard located behind the building. The area is self-service. The variety of breakfast options suited me.

The staff was helpful and polite. They arranged a water taxi right from the hotel. Breakfast in the lower level was tasty, with a view of passing gondolas through a panoramic window. The decor included lots of Murano glass. I found the courtyard very nice. I appreciated that the hotel is a short walk from Piazza San Marco and the main shopping street.
I noticed a slight smell from the canal when exiting the building!

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from St Mark's Square. This makes it very central for sightseeing. It also sits at the end of an alley where gondolas pass on the canal, I really liked it. Access to transportation is convenient with the San Marco pier nearby.

The breakfast buffet includes many options, it is on a lower level. This area features a panoramic window, this allows one to view gondolas as they row past. The staff provided breakfast boxes for our early departure, it was very thoughtful.

The building has a historic design. It includes a beautiful inner courtyard. Fast WiFi is available throughout the hotel, it was really great. Water taxi service can be arranged directly from the hotel, it is quite useful.

The room had Murano glass fittings throughout, a great touch of local artistry. The room overlooked the canals, I enjoyed the view very much. A portable AC unit was provided when we mentioned it was needed, I was impressed.
