The hotel's location was unbeatable (near the Rialto Bridge is a real treat!). Everything I wanted to see was easily within walking distance. My room featured effective air conditioning, especially helpful during the warmer days. The cleaning staff kept my room tidy, and I always returned to a fresh space.
The variety of packaged items at breakfast was limited, offering fewer fresh options.

I found the location convenient. Everything I wanted to see was within easy walking distance. The room had effective air conditioning. This was very welcome given the weather. The staff was friendly. They swiftly addressed any concerns I raised. I received fresh towels each day. This contributed to a comfortable stay.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited. I would have liked more variety.

The breakfast was minimal. I found only pre-packaged items were available. the room felt quite cramped for its stated capacity. also, the noise from nearby streets persisted late into the night. It made sleeping difficult even with the windows closed.

the location was excellent. i found it very close to the rialto bridge, made exploring easy. the staff helped us a lot with luggage and directions , which i appreciated.
it was sometimes difficult to manage the stairs after a long day.
