i found the location very walkable. It was very close to the train station, only a couple of blocks away. The breakfast buffet was included and it was VERY good. The staff IS helpful and friendly.
my room was smaller. I could hear other guests in rooms. I hear people ascending the stairs.

helpful staff clean room noticeable noise weak water pressure
The staff was friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for local restaurants. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the spacious room (it was perfect after long days).
The noise level was noticeable at times, as sound carried easily between rooms. I found the water pressure in the shower somewhat weak (it was a bit annoying).

Historical Charm and Great Location!
stylish details perfect location
This hotel is in a historical building with stylish details! I received detailed directions with a short video, so finding it was super easy. The location is perfect. Landmarks, shops, and restaurants are all around the corner! I felt immersed in the real life of the city.
The stairs to reach the room were steep. It was a bit challenging with luggage, and there wasn't an elevator, so keep that in mind.

The staff were attentive and very kind. Before check-in, they gave a lot of details to ensure we didn't get lost and knew all the hotel had to offer, which really impressed me.

the cleaning team was excellent i liked that the staff was generally very friendly. communication beforehand about location was good i found the messages preparing for arrival especially helpful.
the hotel is in a small side street, and it is part of the hotel apostoli garden

friendly staff great location good wifi water machine
i loved the friendly staff, they gave help whenever needed. the location offers easy access to the rialto bridge. the provided wifi was also helpful for planning each day. i especially liked the sparkling water machine in the hotel.

the hotel provided detailed directions from the water taxi. constant communication was good. the room was quiet at night. it made sleeping easier. the staff contacted me in advance.
breakfast had limited options. food felt somewhat restricted.

early check-in spacious apartment strong ac unit
The staff were very nice and allowed an early check-in. The apartment was large and included two bedrooms, easily accommodating five people. The AC unit worked strongly and efficiently.
The entrance hallway to the hotel was quite dark and contained some old items.

The staff communicated continuously through WhatsApp before and during the visit. The staff changed our room upon learning about walking difficulties, moving us to a lower floor. They stored luggage after checkout.
