The location proved excellent. It offered quick access to the shops. Entertainment venues were also nearby. The breakfast included good options. Staff members were very friendly.

The room seemed somewhat dated. It could benefit from some tlc. The hotel is old, so internal doors squeaked. This caused some noise throughout the night.

The staff were lovely and helpful . The breakfast was good with quick service. The location is excellent for visiting the tower and winter gardens.

My room was on the third floor (I requested a lower room due to a disability). I then had to walk down steps to the room. The shower was noisy and gave me a headache.
