stained carpet chipped paint
the shower worked fine, though the hot water took a little while to come through.
the room i booked was not the room i expected. it felt very dated. some furniture was peeling, paint was chipped, and the carpet was severely stained and needed replacing.

soft pillows fresh sheets
the staff were attentive. i really liked the array of snacks available from the bar such as jacket potato with side salads. the beds reminded me of home with soft pillows. the rooms were very clean. it had fresh crisp sheets and freshly bleached bathrooms.
the karaoke went on until late.

awesome central stay!
prime location convenient lift
The location was prime. I could walk to the winter gardens in minutes. the friendly staff gave spot on blackpool tips and the lift was convenient. i also loved the on-site bar. It had a snack menu with toasties and pizza perfect for a quick bite
Our room didn't match the online pictures. it advertised a double bed with open access. one side of the bed was against the wall. I bumped my head and elbow turning over sometimes.

The breakfast was so tasty. I loved the fresh food and good coffee every morning. the dining room was clean and the staff talked nicely with guests. it was like a home. Not a big hotel.

This place is right at the back of winter gardens. it is super near to everything important, including shops. a car park is directly in front of the hotel. This is less than £30 for three nights which is a steal.

the hotel has a really nice bar where i could chill on an evening. there is a snack menu available with items like toasties, soup, pizza and chips. this is very convenient if you get peckish late.

the staff were super cute and friendly. they were also very helpful with recommendations for things to do. i was there during a busy weekend, yet they kept smiling. what a massive achievement!

Wonderful Stay Near the Gardens
helpful staff fresh food perfect location
I found the staff helpful . The breakfast was good, I enjoyed fresh food. Location near Winter Gardens was perfect for exploring. Car parking was available close by for a reasonable fee.
Music from the lounge was a bit loud one night.

great location friendly team dirty carpets diluted orange
The location was really good. It was near the beach and also close to shops. The staff helped me a lot, they were a very friendly team.
The corridors could be cleaner. I saw that carpets need to be cleaned and the decor needs to be updated, The breakfast was poor. I saw diluted orange juice, that was not very appealing.
