perfect temperature wide variety
The provided heater kept the room at a perfect temperature. I appreciated the spacious dining area. It had lovely views. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options.

Mediocre stay. with some issues.
old television low water pressure
The television was OLD, I didn't like it. The shower had low pressure. Breakfast was not good. The mushrooms seemed reheated several times. The juice tasted off, almost as if it had been open for a while, THAT was disappointing. Some food wasn't fresh.

wonderful stay!
warm welcome spacious room amazing food
the staff were friendly, giving a warm welcome. rose ann and jhan were so nice. the room was spacious and the beds felt comfortable. the food provided was amazing and i appreciated that the staff were very helpful.
the car park was quite tiny and posed a slight challenge when maneuvering between the lines to exit after my stay.

the location of this hotel is very convenient as it offers close proximity to the main shopping area. it is also conveniently close to the main dining areas. accessing essential amenities will be simple.

decent stay AT the hotel
great attentiveness helpful staff excellent value small car park cold room badge space
The staff showed a GREAT attentiveness, especially Rose Ann and Juan. They were helpful. Dinner at the hotel impressed me. The quality and portion sizes of the food represented excellent value.
Upon arrival, I noticed no obvious blue badge spaces. I somehow managed to get parked in a very SMALL car park. The lift barely fitted the two of us WITH no luggage. The room felt very cold.

great service and amazing food
handy parking friendly staff
the hotel IS in a great location for walking into town. i appreciated that there was parking available at the hotel. all staff members were helpful and friendly. i also found them accommodating.
the room could use a little dusting in places. the shower room needed some cleaning. additionally, i noticed there wasn't any toilet roll in the room initially.

i enjoyed all my evening meals at the hotel. the variety of food offered WAS appealing, and everything was beautifully presented. the daily breakfast was bountiful, and the inclusion of local jams was a nice touch.
