my room was very clean and well furnished. the staff were very pleasant . it gave me the feeling of being in a club. the location was great with easy access to transportation.
i noted a slight noise from what seemed like the underground, but it didn't overly bother me.

the location was a short walk to liverpool street station. there were no steep hills, made the walk easier. i also noticed several shops and grocery stores nearby.

The shower was good and the air conditioning worked well.
The mattress was terrible, I found a massive dent right in the middle and could not sleep. I told the receptionist next morning and I don't think that will be solved.

My room was immaculate and beautifully furnished. the mini bar was well stocked with various beverages and snacks. i found the reception staff very friendly. They were helpful with directions and recommendations.
the air conditioning was just a tad noisy.

the hotel provided a coffee machine and fresh milk in the room. i also saw they equipped the room with a writing pad, ear plugs, and a shower cap. a spacious bathroom contained both a bath and a shower.

the reception staff was helpful and polite . the staff quickly and professionally handled a minor issue. i appreciated the assistance with luggage storage after check-out, a completely free service.

I found the staff friendly. I really enjoyed the fantastic facilities. toiletries and provisions. The minibar was great and the room was quiet. It felt luxurious and spacious and the hotel had wonderful character.
The mattress should have been chucked out years ago. There was a massive dent in the middle so I could not sleep all night. I realized there was an issue late at night when I went to bed.
