the metro station was very close (only a short walk!), , made getting around easy. the room included sufficient amenities and felt clean. the reception staff members were particularly friendly and helpful. i liked that the room was quiet and i felt safe .

the coffee was decaffeinated, and i could not swap it for regular coffee.

direct train good breakfast air conditioner

i found the location very convenient. The address had direct train connection from CDG. I also enjoyed the good breakfast, it had fresh juice. I think the air conditioner worked perfectly during those very hot days.

i gotta say, the air conditioning situation was a disaster. i mean, it was supposed to be there, but it wasn't doing anything. sleeping was tough because the room felt stuffy and too warm.

metro station easy access clean room helpful staff faulty air conditioning ac highway noise limited space

i appreciated the proximity to the metro station. i found it easy to access the city center. the room was clean. the staff WAS helpful when i needed assistance.

the air conditioning did not work. i had some trouble sleeping because of the noise from a nearby highway. the sofabed left little space to move around in the room.

the hotel was near the metro station. the metro ride to the city center was quick. a supermarket was conveniently located nearby.

The room lacked soundproofing. Street noise was noticeable, especially at night. i found the pillows to be quite flat. the breakfast area was often crowded during peak hours.

nice staff early check-in convenient location requested help broken bottle lack of information

the staff were very nice. we arrived two hours early after a long flight. we were able to check in. the location IS convenient for taking the public transportation.

multiple times we requested help SUCH as money not returned from the laundry machine and didn't got our money back on one occasion. the cleaners broke a bottle of wine i had bought for my oldest daughter and only when i enquired i did found out and didn't allow me time to replace it. they did reimburse me but very annoying that i wasn't informed as soon as it happened, it was the next day.
