I found the location very convenient with a main train line nearby. It provided quick access to Times Square and Brooklyn. The reception staff was very helpful. I appreciated that the room included a fridge and microwave.
The hotel has minimal staffing so the common area was not always stocked.

Solid choice for a city trip

Jasmine at the front desk provided excellent customer service. She promptly helped with questions i had (really appreciated her support!). The rooftop access offers a beautiful view. The shared kitchen was useful as i made breakfast there every morning.
The bathroom sink drained slowly. My sink looked like a debris laden crime scene daily (it was a bit gross). I also wish there was daily cleaning included in the room price.

easy travelroof deck
Check-in was really hassle-free. I didn't have to wait long. The location is great.. a short walk to many places and close to subway stations. This made travel throughout the area easy. I also liked the roof deck.
The room was smaller than I expected.

the room showed some wear. This was good, but new paint could probably fix it. I noticed the bathroom sink drain did not drain properly. My sink looked like a mess.
