i REALLY appreciated how quiet it was inside despite being in the heart of everything. The walls kept the noise out GREAT. The room was super clean, and the bed allowed me to sleep soundly. Staff upgraded my room, A SUPER surprise. THE location was excellent, with easy access to the subway and many attractions. The staff, especially Cliff, REALLY stood out for being helpful and accommodating. i loved that.

the location is amazing with broadway theaters nearby. i found fresh towels every day. the mini fridge was also very convenient. the staff was very friendly and available when needed.
the hotel's rooftop ac units created very loud noise. it affected my sleep quality without earplugs.

The location proved convenient. I easily accessed the theatre district.
my allocated room disappointed me considerably. the air conditioning emitted an incessant noise, disrupting my sleep. furthermore, the provided towels showed visible wear, indicating inadequate maintenance.

ample spacecomfortable bed
The hotel's proximity to the Amtrak station proved very useful I appreciated the ten-minute walk. The room had ample space for the city and the bed was quite comfortable. A very nice Irish pub is connected to the hotel I enjoyed a good dinner there.
The hotel refused a one-hour late checkout from 11 AM to noon I thought that was quite inflexible.
