daily voucher comfortable bed perfect location
The staff offered daily drink vouchers for the hotel bar. The bed was indeed very comfortable. The location was perfect for accessing subway lines for travel to various attractions.
The room felt smaller than expected.

CENTRAL location and AMAZING staff
great location friendly staff quiet interior clean room
i REALLY appreciated how quiet it was inside despite being in the heart of everything. The walls kept the noise out GREAT. The room was super clean, and the bed allowed me to sleep soundly. Staff upgraded my room, A SUPER surprise. THE location was excellent, with easy access to the subway and many attractions. The staff, especially Cliff, REALLY stood out for being helpful and accommodating. i loved that.

THE front desk staff provided efficient and friendly service, and they quickly addressed any queries. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay, and they always responded promptly to requests. Staff were really nice.

prompt attention convenient location central position
I appreciated the prompt attention from the front desk team. They quickly addressed my request regarding the marquee. The location was convenient. It was easy to access various attractions and transportation options nearby. I found the hotel to be surprisingly quiet given its central position.
I noticed the elevator seemed a little slow during peak hours.

great location friendly staff
the location is amazing with broadway theaters nearby. i found fresh towels every day. the mini fridge was also very convenient. the staff was very friendly and available when needed.
the hotel's rooftop ac units created very loud noise. it affected my sleep quality without earplugs.

incessant noise worn towels
The location proved convenient. I easily accessed the theatre district.
my allocated room disappointed me considerably. the air conditioning emitted an incessant noise, disrupting my sleep. furthermore, the provided towels showed visible wear, indicating inadequate maintenance.

ample space comfortable bed
The hotel's proximity to the Amtrak station proved very useful I appreciated the ten-minute walk. The room had ample space for the city and the bed was quite comfortable. A very nice Irish pub is connected to the hotel I enjoyed a good dinner there.
The hotel refused a one-hour late checkout from 11 AM to noon I thought that was quite inflexible.
