The location was PERFECT! It was very close to major subway lines. I also REALLY liked that breakfast was included each morning. It saved me both time and money. The room had a GREAT view of the city skyline.

The street environment nearby felt a bit unpleasant.

The staff provided Dove soap in the bathroom, which I found thoughtful. They also held my bags for a few hours before check-in, so I could explore. The water pressure in the shower definitely impressed me. Plus, I received a nice goodie bag at check-in.

the staff seemed friendly. the breakfast met basic needs.

i stayed on a high floor, and waits were long. one morning, i ended up walking down many flights of stairs. it wasn't the start to the day i hoped for and the room itself felt smaller than the pictures showed.
