great location included breakfast city skyline

The location was PERFECT! It was very close to major subway lines. I also REALLY liked that breakfast was included each morning. It saved me both time and money. The room had a GREAT view of the city skyline.

The street environment nearby felt a bit unpleasant.

The staff was accommodating from the front desk to the housekeepers. dove products were available in the shower, i appreciated this. the rooms were clean and the a/c worked well. i'd stay there again. The experience was positive.

the location was good! though the elevators experienced occasional delays.

the staff was attentive. the location allowed me to walk to many destinations. the room had caulking and baseboards.

the pillows were flat. the lighting in the room was dim. i smelled cannabis on the 16th floor .

Solid Stay Near Times Square

dove soap bag holding good water pressure nice goodie bag

The staff provided Dove soap in the bathroom, which I found thoughtful. They also held my bags for a few hours before check-in, so I could explore. The water pressure in the shower definitely impressed me. Plus, I received a nice goodie bag at check-in.

The elevators sometimes experienced delays. This required patience.

the staff seemed friendly. the breakfast met basic needs.

the elevators were a mess. i stayed on a high floor, and waits were long. one morning, i ended up walking down many flights of stairs. it wasn't the start to the day i hoped for and the room itself felt smaller than the pictures showed.
