Central Location and Great Amenities

The location was excellent with quick access to many attractions. Also the subway was close. The staff offered excellent service, and they quickly found me a room prior to the official check-in time. I found breakfast to be adequate with a sufficient amount of options available to me. This made moving around the hotel so much easier.
The low water pressure in the shower did cause some minor inconvenience.

The reception staff was available and polite. They were always willing to help with directions and recommendations. The hotel provided luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. This allowed guests to explore without luggage restrictions.

The room featured a spacious layout and an effective air conditioning system. the soundproofing was really good! The bed had comfortable linens, and the bathroom included fresh towels, and a selection of toiletries.

The hotel had a functional business center with computers and printers. That allowed guests to take care of work needs. A coffee station was accessible at any time. I also found the breakfast area was clean and orderly.

the location was great, close to subway access. breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage patties. it did offered coffee and tea service at all hours. the staff packed breakfast bags for my departure.

the location was great. it was very close to herald square subway stop. it was easy to jump on the subway to get to lower manhattan and brooklyn. i could easily walk to times square and rockefeller center area.
i didn't get much sleep due to the noisy air con in the room and then the huge air con unit outside our window kept going off and on regularly. i was on the 5th floor and it was very loud. maid service was not good. i kept having to ask for towels.

the location worked well. it was near a subway stop and herald square. breakfast provided more than enough options compared to other locations in the area. i am talking about american style.
The noise from the street was high. I could hear everything as if the windows lacked proper insulation. the garbage truck came every day. it made a lot of noise in the early morning.
