The location was great. I could walk to many attractions. The staff WAS helpful and always available. Check-in was quick. I was in my room in minutes. I left my luggage after checkout. It allowed me to explore more.
The room walls were a little thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

I am so grateful with my room it was clean. the location was convenient and near many restaurants, this helped a lot. staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate their assistance with directions.

i appreciated the helpful staff (karen especially). i also liked that the location was great for public transport. there was a nice flea market across the road during the weekend. maman's cafe was conveniently located next door.
The room was smaller than advertised. the walls were thin. I could hear people talking in other rooms (a bit annoying).

amazing locationclean roomcute staff
the location was amazing. it was easy to walk to broadway and the empire state building! (i love that building). the room was also a good size and very clean. i also found the staff super cute and kind.
the hallways were a bit narrow, and the doors could use a little touch-up.

there were many restaurants and shops nearby, so i always had plenty of options. i found a cute café just around the corner that served delicious pastries and coffee, a lovely way to start the day.
